They can't seem to get billing issues corrected, no matter how many times contacted.
We have had "HD tv and High speed internet" for less than a month and I have had to call at least 6 times about tv not working properly or our Internet only downloading at less than 1 mbps when we pay for 10 mbps. Not pleased in the slightest, time to start pricing Direct TV and AT&T internet.
Horrible slow service. I upgrade from $45 a month to $110 a mo th, with no change in performance or speed. I try to drop back down to $45 and now they want a $25 service charge!!! I'll take my money somewhere else!!!
Have had issues, but they have great workers and were able to resolve all our problems.
